    Key responsibilities include:

    • Formulate and execute the organisation's People and Culture strategy.
    • Attraction, Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process for all positions to attract top talent, including job design, vacancy advertising, candidate screening, interviews, offers of employment, onboarding and probationary tracking/assessment.
    • Workforce planning, succession planning and L&D.
    • Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, conducting end to end investigations and promoting a safe and respectful work environment.
    • Performance Management, HR policy and compliance.
    • Compensation and Benefits.
    • HR Reporting.
    • WHS

    Qualifications:

    • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
    • Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in a HR environment, with demonstrated capacity to undertake a comprehensive range of HR generalist functions.
    • Demonstrated knowledge, practical experience and interpretative capacity to advise and support on a broad range of HR/ER/IR matters.
    • Extensive experience and knowledge in the application of contemporary HR packages and strategies.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing people and culture strategies that have brought about positive results.
    • Proficiency in HR software (ideally Employment Hero) intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.
