We are partnering with a national, market leading integrated managed services provider in the industrial sector to recruit their inaugural Group Manager P&C.

With a workforce of 200+ and sites across the country, the future looks very bright for this business.

Backed by an international Private Equity firm, they are enjoying a healthy financial position, with organic and acquisitive growth firmly on the agenda.

In response to this growth and investment, the Executive team has expanded to include several new roles, with the Group Manager People & Culture the latest addition.

This is a critical appointment to lead the development of a unified culture whilst professionalising people practices for the group.

Reporting to the CEO, you will be an active executive team member with a focus on creating and implementing pragmatic, commercially sound people solutions across the employee lifecycle.

The development of a P&C strategy, business values, EVP and talent programs to support succession are key priorities.

Additionally, you will support new business acquisition and integration, together with acting as a driver in delivering the Group's growth ambitions.

What are they looking for?

Relevant HR leadership experience in the above areas as a senior practitioner or ready to step up.
Experience developing and driving strategies, together with embedding them in a practical and sustainable way.
Experience gained within a logistics or industrial environment is with a large frontline workforce.
Advanced interpersonal skills where you gain trust and influence effectively
Ability to determine and initiate change that is aligned with commercial outcomes
Skilful in new business acquisition and integration
