People & Culture Delivery Lead

  • Join us as we transform our People & Culture delivery model.
  • Focus on P&C strategy delivery, projects, vendor management and budget.
  • Reporting to the Chief People Officer
At Guild Group our people feel truly connected to our purpose and are motivated by it. With their eyes on the future, our people thrive on a challenge and learn from each other.

Guild Group team members truly care about each other and our customers and can make a real difference by supporting the people our communities rely on.

As the businesses that makeup Guild Group evolve, so do our shared services that support them.

We have embarked on a journey of modernisation and saying goodbye to manual and clunky processes and hello to our new HRIS (Elmo).

This, alongside the rest of our tech stack, will enable us to automate people processes and reporting where it makes sense to do so, freeing up valuable space for innovation, strategic business partnering, making data-driven decisions and the freedom to deliver excellence throughout the full employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, employer branding, learning and talent management via our vendor partners.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, your new role will be at the heart of shaping and implementing HR strategies that resonate with our P&C strategy and business goals.

This role demands a blend of strategic foresight and operational expertise, driving the HR strategic planning process alongside senior leaders to align HR initiatives with our mission.

You'll be instrumental in vendor selection, onboarding, and management, ensuring our partnerships are as strong and productive as our internal teams.

This role will see you as the driving force behind the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives that align with Guild Group's P&C strategy and business goals but also contribute significantly to our organisational success.

You'll be at the helm of strategic planning, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our HR initiatives are perfectly aligned.

Moreover, you'll oversee the entire process of vendor selection, onboarding, integration, and ongoing management, ensuring smooth operations and budgetary efficiency.

-
P&C Strategy Leadership: lead the HR strategy integration across the business, ensuring alignment with business units and clear communication to all staff. Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize P&C strategic projects, aligning them with business strategies to secure a competitive edge through our workforce.
-
P&C Project & Initiative Delivery: Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, develop DE&I strategies, and strengthen leadership and talent management across the organisation.

-
P&C Budget Management: Oversee the P&C budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources and cost-effective decision-making. Perform cost-benefit analyses, manage vendor contracts within budget, and identify opportunities for cost savings and optimisation.

About You:

  • This is a great opportunity for a seasoned HR/OD professional, with a proven track record in HR strategy and project delivery, especially in DE&I, capability building, and culture shaping.
  • Or, you've had a career in a senior human resources/organisational development role and have moved vendor side as an Account Manager/Account Director in HR technology or related services.
  • Experience in budget management and an understanding of vendor management principles, SLAs and performance.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to listen and interpret the needs of others.
  • Adept at influencing, challenging the status quo, and negotiating to secure advantageous terms.
  • With innovative problemsolving skills, you can handle ambiguity and devise effective solutions.
