  • Opportunity to help shape culture of a large organisation

Key Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Implement the Capability Framework through assessments, development planning, and learning programs.
  • Design and conduct workshops to support cultural activities.
  • Create and implement organisational curriculum, programs, and initiatives for capability development and sustained behaviour change.
  • Support and execute organisational culture survey projects, including planning, debriefing, and action plans.
  • Manage the organisational performance review process.
  • Analyse data and consult widely to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for capability, performance, and people development.
  • Enhance the exit interview program for insights into organisational culture and improvement opportunities.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers for responsive development programs.
  • Collaborate with leaders to design new programs reflecting Council's various business units' requirements.
  • Uphold and embody Councils Code of Conduct and values.
  • Exercise sound risk and financial management.
  • Other duties as directed within the position's capabilities.

Key Selection Criteria:


  • Demonstrated success in planning and delivering organisational culture projects and initiatives.
  • Qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, or related discipline with experience in organisational development or equivalent experience.
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent time management and goal achievement abilities.
  • Experience in linking cultural activities to other people and culture aspects.
  • Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and corporate systems.
  • Experience in designing and presenting workshops to support culture activities.
