Let's talk about you- Experience of leading and delivering complex, strategic projects across large or complex businesses.- Experience of working in a transformational change environment.- Outstanding relationship management and listening skills.- Excellent leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.- Demonstrated experience in leading client focused People and Culture initiatives and an ability to influence senior leaders.- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience- Experience leading business partnering teams, proven coaching skills and a passion to drive career development for team members.

How will you support our "Why?"- Leading a team of People Business Partners and Advisers to deliver exceptional outcomes for their dedicated department client groups.- Leading the management and delivery of strategic People and Culture projects & people initiatives- Managing strategic workforce planning, talent management and succession planning initiatives- Providing coaching, guidance, support, and leadership advice to leaders- Supporting the development of an employee engagement strategy- Effectively deliver People and Culture processes and programs in partnership with colleagues in our Reward, Recruitment, People Services and Capability Enablement teams.- Supporting significant change initiatives ensuring integration with related projects and using structured change management methodologies.- Responsible for using business and People and Culture data to analyse key trends and diagnose issues, improve employee engagement and business performance.- Leading and Collaborating on the development and implementation of People engagement and change programs across Aussie Broadband.
