About Tammy Palm:

Currently live in Australia Melbourne and I'm seeking a company in the care sector who is willing to sponsor myself for employment in the UK. I have a great desire and passion to help others who require assistance to continue with a wonderful and fullfilling lifestyle despite the hurdles life throws at us. I have work in the disability sector for 4yrs hear in Australia, I have completed Cert IV in disability, Supported case management and leading support in colleague management and have a great passion for this field of support and I'm wishing to extend this path with an opportunity to support people in the UK community. I require a visa sponsorship and believe I would be a great asset and assistance to any company and clients that I assist.

Experience

Total of 4 years experience in disability support as well as leading team management. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients who have needed support to be encouraged with a can do attitude to succeed with a positive and fullfilling life and rehabilitation.

Education

Certificate IV Disability Care 2021, Certificate Lead and Support Colleagues 2021, Certificate Case Management 2021. Acquired through Traxion Training Australia
