The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading property investment company that has experienced substantial growth year on year.
Empowering high talent and driving culture initiatives, this opportunity will allow you to be creative, use initiative, and lead exciting HR projects.
The Role
Reporting to the HR Director and taking full ownership of your role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end employee life cycle, focusing on Employee Engagement driving workplace culture and performance.
Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:- Maximise the effectiveness of the performance framework and support managers in developing individual growth plans.
- Lead and facilitate their Lunch & Learn program and contribute to other group learning activities.
- Management of onboarding and induction of new starters.
- Participate in proactive recruitment strategies such as market mapping and assist with marketing campaigns.
- Lead and execute the engagement and performance recognition program.
- Participate and advise in D&I groups and lead additional HR projects
- Develop HR policies and manage annual reviews

- You will be a genuine 'people' person and be confident to present in meetings.
- You will have excellent relationship skills and the capability of building trust and respect with stakeholders.
- You can prioritise competing demands and value a highperforming team culture.
- You will have a sound knowledge of the employee life cycle and have previously led HR projects.
