Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic People & Culture Manager to lead and innovate our HR practices, focusing on enhancing our employee experience from recruitment through to development and retention.

This role is pivotal in nurturing our environment to be supportive, collaborative, and rewarding, positioning us as an Employer of Choice.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement and lead HR initiatives across recruitment, engagement, development, and retention.
  • Foster a worldclass employee experience that promotes work/life balance and job satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to team members, particularly focusing on our operations in Australia.
  • Ensure excellence in onboarding processes to boost performance and retention.
  • Act as a key point of contact for recruitment challenges and opportunities, including participating in recruitment activities.
  • Partner with department directors to optimize training programs and ensure all employees have clear career development plans.
  • Lead wellbeing initiatives and teambuilding events to promote a positive work culture.
  • Manage budgets related to training, recruitment, and cultural activities.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of internships and graduate programs.
  • Drive the company's reputation forward by consistently seeking improvements in the People and Culture function and managing culture/best place to work programs.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a strategic HR role with a strong focus on talent management, employee engagement, and development.
  • Exceptional ability to coach, influence, and advise both employees and senior leaders.
  • Strong project management skills, with a knack for implementing HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Experience in managing budgets and a clear understanding of commercial and sustainability aspects within HR.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead by example as a Wellbeing Ambassador.
  • A track record of developing and maintaining a positive company culture and work environment.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance and risk management.
  • Experience going through restructures.
  • Experience working at a digital agency is desireable.
