As a People Insights Lead, you will lead the development of strategic people insights to solve business problems and guide the future talent and culture strategy.

You will lead a team to deliver high quality, accurate and timely strategic insights across the ecosystem of talent and culture metrics.

This role is accountable for

Strategic Insights

  • Proactively identify and develop/deliver people strategic insights across the ecosystem of talent and culture metrics
  • Oversee the development of sophisticated people analytics models
  • Utilise knowledge, skills and expertise of statistics to diagnose complex workforce problems across employee data ecosystem and broader diverse data sets
  • Present strategic people insights in a clear way that the business can action
  • Lead the development of highquality insight presentations for senior leaders
  • Contribute to data governance and operational requirements, specifically fit for purpose data integrations and security.
Leadership

  • Coach and mentor data, analytics and insights team/chapter members
  • Effectively manage and lead cross functional teams to enhance strategic insight
  • Actively contribute to the T&C Data, Analytics and Insights leadership team, including contributing to the development of the team strategy
  • Be recognised as a trusted advisor and an expert in people analytics and insights.
Stakeholder Management

  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proactively collaborate with Tribe Leads, TPLs to workshop, uncover and ensure buyin to new strategic people insights
  • Build strong and effective relationships, collaborate and influence across the broader T&C Data.
  • Proactively collaborate across the Group, including Property and Technology, to identify new data to unlock new strategic people insights
Example Reporting Metrics

  • Complex, multidisciplinary HR data, including employment law, cost, rem, performance, engagement, D&I, employee cost, FTE/Headcount, Recruitment, Turnover, D&I, HSW, ER, Talent/Performance and Experience/Research
  • Business Performance data, including customer volume and experience data.

  • Experience in a similar role within a large corporate environment
  • HR Data knowledge (critical)
  • A strategic thinker with a problemsolving mindset focused on solving businesses challenges with the data available
  • Outstanding communication skills and demonstrated experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Highly collaborative team player with the ability to develop, lead and manage effective crossfunctional groups
  • Highly developed and outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to autonomously manage senior stakeholders (Tribe Leads)
  • Proven ability to work in and contribute to a high performing and collaborative team environment
  • A problem solver with the ability to think laterally in time critical situations
  • Selfdirected with an aptitude to set priorities and work effectively to meet timelines
  • Knowledge and experience translating data into practical business recommendations
  • Ideally experience with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Qualtrics and Google Cloud platforms.
