    Company Overview: Our client is at the forefront of Australia's rapidly growing labour hire industry. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the sector, our client has established a strong presence in Victoria (Head Office) and NSW. Their expertise lies in delivering exceptional labour hire, traffic control, steel fixing, carpentry, and construction services to a diverse clientele across the region. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join their team as the Business Development Manager for the Labour Hire Division.

    Position Overview: As the Business Development Manager for the Labour Hire Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring the success of our client's labour hire services in VIC. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the division's operations, develop strategic initiatives, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the construction labour hire industry and a passion for driving growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive the growth of the labour hire division.
    2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality labour hire services.
    3. Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the labour hire division, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and the highest standards of service delivery.
    4. Team Management: It is an individual role for the time being, but has the opportunity to Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.
    5. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    1. Proven experience in a role within the construction or labour hire industry.
    2. Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
    3. Strong understanding of labour hire operations and compliance requirements.
    4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    5. Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
