scouted. are once again working closely with a group that is currently considered to be one of Melbourne's fastest-growing Private Developers in the Land space and a group on absolutely everyone's radar. With multiple projects across the South West, North and South East; this role will take the lead on an established large-scale project whilst being supported by a highly capable and reputable Leadership Team and Senior Development Managers, as well as in house Sales and Marketing, Acquisitions, Operations & Finance Teams.


Your Responsibilities:

Reporting to the CEO, you will be able to hit the ground running, with a hands-on role across the full project lifecycle:

  • Prepare and maintain a program from concept to completion of each project stage to establish milestones and critical dates
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships including engagement with the local council, joint venture partners, project consultants and state government departments
  • Coordinate with consultants the preparation of the design brief and monitor during the design development process
  • Prepare and manage financial performance of the project by closely monitoring of its feasibility and budgets against set objectives and outcomes
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery including financial performance, reporting, budgeting, risk assessment, monthly review and cash flow management
  • Contributes to the management of the sales and marketing operations for each project.

You Will Need:


  • 510 years experience in Development and at least 13 years as a Development Manager
  • Demonstrated success in delivering residential greenfield and broadacre subdivisions within Melbourne or Regional Victoria
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, Planning, Engineering or any other related field
  • Strong financial acumen, wellversed in the use of Estate Master and project cashflows
  • Enthusiastic team player who doesn't mind getting their hands dirty across the full project lifecycle
