The Role

Due to our growing portfolio of projects, we have an exciting opportunity for a Development Manager to assist with the development of allocated renewable energy projects.

This is a permanent full-time position located at our Melbourne CBD office.

A commercial and analytical mindset will be crucial in this role as you drive decision making through a commercial lens while solving complex, technical problems in creative ways.

Previous experience delivering renewable project milestones across key development workstreams (land, planning & environment, engineering, resource, connection and construction) is essential.

About You

Relevant engineering bachelor's or master's degree essential
5+ years of relevant development experience in the renewable energy and energy storage industry essential
Previous experience in client facing, high pressure roles essential
Excellent solutionseeking, teamwork, leadership, and communication skills, which extend across all organisational and management levels
Exposure to and a broad understanding of various engineering disciplines
An analytic mindset with the ability to identify and summarise complex topics in a structured and concise way
