The Role
Managing the built form residential component of a large scale project.

You will have a team supporting your work flow and will collaborate with the inhouse teams, including but not limited to sales and marketing in addition to external consultants, to see through this fairly large scale development with a number of stages at varying phases in the project lifecycle.

Reporting directly to the Development Director.

Relevant experience in a similar role managing built form resi: ADM stepping up? DM looking for better quality projects/access to training and development.
Tertiary qualified in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Planning, Property, Economics or a related field
Solid stakeholder engagement skills, including experience liaising with government authorities, infrastructure and utility providers, community groups
Strong problem solving and communication skills
