***About the Role of Development Manager: An exciting opportunity for a DM with a proven track record within property and construction development.
- Project Planning and design management
- Strategic Risk and contract management
- Tender Management, drafting proposals and variations
You will be managing project scopes, ensuring the project is delivered on time and to budget whist achieving all project objectives.
- Tertiary qualification in property, architecture, construction, or engineering.
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing Land Development projects
- Development Manager experience.
- Ability to interpret architectural documentation and consultant reports.
