    About the Company

    Our client is a privately owned company focused on providing highest quality agrochemicals to the Australian agricultural market. A young company with and exciting growth strategy supported by shareholders with a wealth of agricultural market history and experience.

    About the role

    The National Sales Manager through experience and knowledge of the high value Australian agricultural industry, will seek to identify profitable product opportunities and build on the existing revenue and profit base of the company.

    Main Responsibilities

    (must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume)

    • Setting of sales and financial budgets in conjunction with General Manager
    • Drive the development of Business Plans relevant to each segment area.
    • Drive the agreed budgeted growth through the Agricultural Reseller / Distribution Network
    • Maintain and develop key overseas & local supplier relationships in conjunction with General Manager
    • Identify new wholesale expansionary opportunities as well as maintaining key regional account relationships
