Drive sales growth by recruiting new mortgage brokers to aggregate under Connective, whilst also supporting the retention and success of new acquisitions.

Our VIC team are exceptionally successful and offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager to drive portfolio growth.


The Role


The Sales Manager plays a key role in our sales funnel as the first point of contact for prospective brokers.

With a primary focus on broker recruitment, you will drive acquisition activities and partner closely with the VIC team to ensure our new members needs have been met.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Attending sales meetings to qualify all prospective new brokers
  • Develop strong relationships and sales results through consultation and tailored solutions
  • Supporting the retention and success of new acquisitions including nurturing our sales pipeline via Microsoft Dynamics
  • Identifying opportunities to enable broker success through other Connective product and service offerings
  • Become an active and trusted member of the broker community (including brokers and lenders)
  • Attend various industry related events to promote Connective as the led representative
  • Encouraging and facilitating broker attendance at Connective Events
  • Stay up to date on all market and industry news, trends, insights and opportunities

The Person
You are a passionate and self-motivated sales professional with a natural ability to generate, qualify and develop business and build long-lasting relationships


You will also possess:

  • Strong influencing skills & sales capability with demonstrated experience in acquisition focused business development
  • Exceptional rapport building and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in thirdparty banking or mortgage broking industry
  • A thorough understanding of lending within Australia
  • Outstanding communications skills and a collaborative style
  • Innovative problem solving and analytical skills
  • A current Australian drivers licence and own transport
