SMAART Recruitment has partnered with a Managed Service Provider who specialises in Cloud and Security Services.

Due to on-going growth over the past 24 months, they now seek a Sales Manager to lead their existing team.

As a Sales Manager your role will initially be split 50/50 between Team Management and Sales/Relationship Management. As the company and your team grows expect that to change to be more Management.


This role is suited to someone who has worked in the IT services industry before, who understands basic IT principles and consultative selling.


About the position:

  • Lead a team of Sales Consultants Nationally (Sydney and Melbourne)
  • Manage client relationships and help identify other revenue opportunities
  • Offer training and learning opportunities to the team
  • National travel, client visits and trade/expos
  • Help grow the team and work with Management to grow the sales division
  • Work with a long list of Tier 1 providers and partners

  • Friday business hours
- $230,000 - $250,000 + Base salary

  • Generous commission structure (Realistic OTE $350k year one)
