Sales Management - You inherit 2 good business development salespeople who have been with the company for the past 2 years, there will be a requirement in the mid-term to increase the team. With whomever you need for the purpose of growth, a combination of additional BDM's and account managers or if you have had greater success in the past with BDM's who manage their own clients, thennnnnn.... do that.


"THIRD PARTY" Account Management - You inherit an existing "THIRD PARTY" client base, this includes large franchises that are mostly underdeveloped. Meaning from the 250 franchises, about 15% to 20% are on board. And this 15% - 20% are already financially lucrative to both our company and you as there are commissions attached for you against every individual order and reorder placed.


Definition of a "THIRD PARTY" client base

  • The 150 clients you inherit have clients themselves and our services are sold/promoted by your/our clients to their individual clientelle.

As the third-party manager you motivate and encourage your/our existing clients to promote and encourage our

MUCH-NEEDED services/solutions to their clients. We are not a simply a want; we provide a "MUST HAVE" set of solutions.


HOW do you come across your third-party clients? - you ask

Great question
- the answer is that both salespeople are BDM's, their duties are to seek out prospects, establish rapport, win over the client, develop the relationship for approximately three - six months until they are established, then hand over to you for future development. The franchises are money for jam.


The Ideal Manager /
-
Experience as a hands-on sales manager. Meaning that you don't think its beneath you to work with the sales team, their clients, and all aspects of the sales and account management position. If your only experience as a manager means that you have 6 team leaders, who manage 100 salespeople between them, and you don't know the names of any of the sales guys because they are just a number and you only ever speak to the team leaders, then this is probably not your cup of tea and scones.


Experience in developing third party relationships.
Experience in developing third parties that are connected to franchises would be a bonus,

but not a deal breaker.

Past Experience as a BDM yourself.

Bases salary
-
$120,000 plus

11% super(kicks on 1st July 2023) plus

Vehicle Allowance $20,000 and an

additional $100,000 in commission at OTE however the commissions are uncapped and there are no minimum thresholds to achieve first before coms are paid, to be clear, you are paid commissions from the first order regardless of whether or not a minimum is achieved.
