About the Role;


Due to an internal promotion, the business is now seeking a unique individual who will be responsible for Sales and Business Development within the Residential Installation Market.

The main emphasis of this role, will be to respond to incoming sales enquiries and actively seek out customer prospects through new business development and account management of existing clients.

We are seeking a pro-active, self-motivated Salesperson, who is driven to succeed and has the ability to perform cost-benefit needs analysis to both existing and potential customers.


To be successful, you will need to have experience and knowledge of the Wastewater Industry, whether that be through Sales, Service, Plumbing, Engineering or similar.

We are looking for a confident, yet humble, high-energy professional who can develop simple, clever solutions for their clients, whilst being a great team player.

Duties:


  • Handle incoming sales enquiries and actively seek out customer prospects
  • Plan and secure new business opportunities, whilst supporting the needs of existing clients
  • Meet and exceed agreed KPI's and Sales Targets
  • Ensure the CRM database is accurate and up to date
  • Attend Trade Shows and Industry Events to promote the Brand
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends through market research and analysis
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key internal & external stakeholders
  • Create a strategic approach in identifying new opportunities and solutions
  • Provide sales forecasts and business reporting to management
  • Must be willing to travel across Victoria

Skills and Experience:


  • Have a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets
  • Enjoy nurturing longterm customer relationships
  • Have a strong ability to think strategically, be innovative and pivot according to new challenges
  • Be able to plan and manage your own appointments and schedules
  • Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proactive and selfmotivated person who does not hesitate to roll up their sleeves when required
  • Sound computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems
  • Experience in technical sales, waste water, plumbing, engineering or similar
  • Current Australian drivers licence
