Sales Manager
We seek an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Melbourne.

The Sales Manager will lead and motivate a team of sales professionals and drive sales and revenue growth in the Health Tech market.

They are also responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue, including identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating with clients, and building relationships with key customers.

About the Position:


The Sales Manager will:

• Managing internal relationships with a remote team in the UK & support/CS in Poland
• Monitoring sales performance and providing feedback to salespeople
• Hiring, training, and managing sales teams
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities
• Developing and implementing sales plans and budgets
• Analysing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Providing leadership and motivation to sales teams
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients
• Negotiating contracts with clients
• Developing and delivering sales presentations
• Staying uptodate on industry trends and developments.
• 3+ years of experience in Sales/MedTech/HRTech
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyse market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
• Fluency in English is required.
