THE ROLE:

Become part of the teram and play a pivotal role in leaving lasting imprint on the creation of beautiful, vibrant comunities

Join our Melbourne team for an exhilarating adventure as a ArchiCAD design Draftsperson. Utilise your epxpertese with a minimum of 4 years drafting to infuse precision, design innovation, and meticulous attention to detail into our medium-density residential construction projects. Take the lead in designing from concept to completion, showcasing your passion and strategic vision for transforming residential spaces.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

Advance experience in using ArchiCAD is a must
Minimum 4 years experience with medium-density project as a Draftsperson, focusing on residential design and construction
Outstanding ability to comprehend and interpret project and client specifications
Adept at prioritising and handling multiple tasks concurrently
Storng communication, negotianaton and stakeholder managment skills

WHAT YOU'LL GET
