About the Role
Join a team that comes together to deliver major improvement to Council's extensive property portfolio.

This exciting role will challenge you to use your specialist knowledge and problem solving skills to deal with unique property challenges that come with being one of the most well-known and iconic landscapes within Australia.

Each day you will work on projects and transactions that are varied, complex and make a valued and important community impact.


Duties

  • Deliver property development projects that enhance the performance of Council's property portfolio.
  • Coordinate consultant teams.
  • Lead or assist in due diligence, the identification of development options, feasibility analysis, stakeholder engagement, and planning approvals.
  • You will negotiate leases, purchases and sale of property.
  • Work alongside the team to provide quality advice to the Council which includes the Executive leadership team and wider leadership network.
