Who we are looking for

People with dedication, positivity and a genuine passion for helping to positively shape the lives of young children
Ability to work in a dynamic team
Experience working in early childhood
Experience in leading and mentoring small teams
Ability to work with all age groups (specifically children under 3)
Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
Diploma in Children's Services
