The Organisation
Our client is a leading company within the Aged Care industry, with a strong presence in the Australian market.

They have created an excellent supporting team culture which provides their employees with flexibility and the chance to work in a great team environment.

They are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join their team of three.


Responsibilities
Reporting to the Payroll Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the end-to-end processing of 2,300 employees
  • Completion of PAYG, Payroll Tax, WorkCover and Superannuation payments
  • Process new starters and terminations
  • Maintain leave and leave reports
  • Preparation of monthly payroll journals for posting into the General Ledger
  • Develop and strive for process improvement to improve efficiencies
  • Respond to any employees queries
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar position along with the following skills and attributes:

  • Proven experience with processing end to end Payroll
  • A gogetter attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Self motivated and can work in a team and autonomously
  • Ability to build relationships with internal staff members
