    Description

    You will be responsible for supporting the establishment and maintenance of quality and clinical governance systems and processes across all areas of the business to ensure a high standard of quality, care, and safety.

    Reporting to the General Manager for Quality and Clinical Excellence, this is an exciting opportunity to influence continuous improvement throughout our national organisation.

    At the my Homecare Group you will be part of a team of likeminded individuals across the country who support older Australians to continue living in their homes longer.

    With a rich 100-year history, we have been delivering exceptional care to older Australians since the year our oldest client was born.

    A role with true purposeInspirational leadership in a growing companyBuilding a career in Australia's largest home care package providerAnnual performance development plans, career, and succession planningFlexible work arrangements including a hybrid working modelAccess to a range of employee benefits programs including wellbeing program as well reward and recognitionAs a Quality Business Partner, you will be responsible for:Management, investigation and reporting of incidentsInternal audits within nominated timeframesCompletion of regular comprehensive client file reviewsDeveloping action plans for continuous improvement, along with partnering with our internal stakeholders to ensure these are implemented and deliveredEnsuring regulatory compliance requirements with the ACQS are met and maintainedBuilding key relationships with relevant internal stakeholders to achieve operational excellencePreparation of internal audit reports and presenting evidence-based findingsWe are looking for someone with:Registered Nurse qualifications and an unrestricted AHPRA registrationDemonstrated experience in aged care in industry, preferably community setting and within a quality or auditing roleKnowledge of Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program, DVA, NDIS Aged Care Quality Standards and ACISHigh level stakeholder management experience with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsQualification in either Quality Management Systems or Lead Auditor – Quality Management Systems is highly desirableThe right to work in AustraliaNational Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (my Homecare can organise this at no cost to you)To apply, upload your resume through SEEKFor more information, contact Coral Susic at
