The Role

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Recruitment Excellence:

Identify and implement changes to recruitment practices for consistent and highquality outcomes.
Leverage online recruiting resources, employee referrals, and network connections to attract top talent.

Cost Optimization:

Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment and onboarding processes, minimizing costs and waste.

Talent Management:

Foster intraregion mobility and resource sharing through secondments and placements.
Collaborate with managers to develop growth plans for highpotential employees.

Performance Management:

Drive performance discussions and support operational teams in managing underperforming employees.

Front Line Capability Building:

Coordinate initiatives such as graduate programs and traineeships to enhance competence and behaviour alignment.
Design and implement leadership programs to elevate general leadership capabilities.

National Workforce Enhancement:

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role.
Strong understanding of recruitment practices, talent management, and performance improvement.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, crosscultural environment.
