Who are we looking for?

What can you expect to be doing?

Partner with leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned to their strategic priorities.
Promote best practices, partnering with leaders to deliver people solutions.
Coordinate the development and implementation of people and culture initiatives.
Act as the interface between People & Culture and portfolio operations, fostering effective relationships through the provision of best practice HR management and consultancy services.

What do you need to bring?

Previous experience as a HRBP with demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong business acumen and writing skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Tertiary qualifications in HR/Business with relevant experience.

You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, where your contribution will be valued and appreciated.
