Who are we looking for?

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Partner with leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned to their strategic priorities.
  • Promote best practices, partnering with leaders to deliver people solutions.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of people and culture initiatives.
  • Act as the interface between People & Culture and portfolio operations, fostering effective relationships through the provision of best practice HR management and consultancy services.

What do you need to bring?

  • Previous experience as a HRBP with demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and writing skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR/Business with relevant experience.
You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team, where your contribution will be valued and appreciated.
