Our members-based financial services client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in the heart of West Perth.

The role and what we are looking for
Reporting to the Head of HR & Safety, our client's HRBPs delivers a customer focused approach in a generalist HR environment

Key duties include:

Delivering efficient, best practice and customer focused HR business processes.
Supporting the delivery of a full service, generalist HR function that includes recruitment, remuneration, employee relations and culture.
Contributing to the overall business performance through the provision of practical guidance, technical advice, and daytoday operational support.
Contributing to and supporting HR and safety strategies.
Previous customer focused generalist HR experience.
Experience managing investigations end to end.
Formal qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
A sound understanding and knowledge of employment legislation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will often be put on the spot and relied upon to provide considered and balanced advice on all facets of HR.
Demonstrated experience influencing at all levels of the business including executive leadership.
The ability to reprioritise based on a changing environment.
