The Role

Due to a period of substantial growth, they are seeking a HR Business Partner to join their team on permanent basis.

As the People and Culture Business Partner, you will own your dedicated client group, compromising of 15 care homes spanning WA and SA, where you will provide advice and guidance across all people related issues.

Reporting into the Manager - Business Partnering, you will work to build strong, long-lasting relationships with leaders within your portfolio, becoming a true trusted partner.

Your role will be generalist in nature, with a focus on working across a range of Employee Relations issues.

These issues will range in complexity and so you will be confident in managing the full end to end case management process.

In addition, you will partner with the OD team to roll out culture and engagement activities across your portfolio, striving to build a positive employee and patient experience.


About You


Working with a high performing People and Culture team, you will have the opportunity to collaborative and problem solve with peers.

To be successful within the role, you will bring:


  • Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in a generalist role within the healthcare, notforprofit or community services industries
  • Strong Employee Relations experience with the ability to manage the full end to end case management process
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
