The role and what we are looking for
Reporting to the Head of HR & Safety, this role delivers a customer focused approach in a generalist HR environment


Key duties include:

  • Delivering efficient, best practice and customer focused HR business processes.
  • Supporting the delivery of a full service, generalist HR function that includes recruitment, remuneration, employee relations and culture.
  • Contributing to the overall business performance through the provision of practical guidance, technical advice, and daytoday operational support.
  • Contributing to and supporting HR and safety strategies.
  • Previous customer focused generalist HR experience.
  • Formal qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
  • A sound understanding and knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as you will often be put on the spot and relied upon to provide considered and balanced advice on all facets of HR.
  • The ability to reprioritise based on a changing environment.
