    Our client is seeking a Test Automation Technology Lead to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging tasks and explore new ways of collaborating with team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of skilled Test Automation Engineers and Test Managers, providing design, development, testing, and deployment of the Test Automation framework.     What you'll do:

    As a Test Automation Technology Lead, you will be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge technology solutions. You will lead a dedicated team of engineers and managers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying the Test Automation framework. Your advanced knowledge of testing and scripting development in Test Automation tools will make you a key influencer within the organisation. You will drive your team to meet deadlines set by management while fostering a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing is encouraged. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

    Lead the Test Automation and management team to deliver leading-edge technology to customers.
    * Manage a team responsible for engineering, lifecycle, design, and producing HLD and E2E ownership on Test Automation and Test Management.
    * Have an excellent understanding of Test Automation framework architecture, interfaces and understanding of various protocols with an ability to influence stakeholders.
    * Advanced knowledge of testing and scripting development in Test Automation tools and being a key influencer of automation technologies.
    * Drive the team to meet deadlines set by management; prepare and take ownership, setting goals and working with team members to deliver.
    * Work with and coach teams, share knowledge and be a lead person in the Testing domain.

    What you bring:
    The ideal candidate for the Test Automation Technology Lead role will bring a wealth of experience in the IT/Network industry, with a focus on test analysis, problem-solving, and leadership. You will hold a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a similar discipline. Your experience with various IT delivery methods, processes, and frameworks will be highly valued. Your ability to interact with, manage, and influence senior stakeholders on investment decisions will be crucial to your success in this role. With extensive knowledge of current and emerging trends in the Test Automation industry, you will be well-equipped to drive innovation within the team. Your strong working knowledge in Test Automation, the DevSecOps model, Agile and Project Management will enable you to effectively lead your team and deliver high-quality results.

    Proven substantial experience in the IT/ Network industry with Test experience in analysis, problem solving and leadership.
    * A bachelor's degree in information technology or Engineering or similar disciplines.
    * Experience in a variety of IT delivery methods, processes and frameworks
    * Demonstrable experience in interacting, managing and influencing senior stakeholders on investment decisions.
    * Extensive knowledge of current and new industry trends across Test Automation industry.
    * Good working knowledge in Test Automation, DevSecOps model, Agile and Project Management.
