- Providing executive business management support to the Chief Digital Officer, supporting preparation for boards, committees, and internal and external events.
- Ensuring all board and governance activities are met with the appropriate content and resource allocation.
- Supporting workforce planning,talent management processes and digital capability and training
- Digital operating model governance
- Actively managing our vendors and strategic partners to maximize the outcome of relationships.
- Effective Governance and management of technology contracts and agreements
- Effective governance across technology asset management, including development and maintenance of the technology asset management framework
- Effective governance and management of Financial Operations (FinOps)
- Working alongside business partners to ensure the effective and commercial running of technology through the development of processes, tools, and frameworks.
- Owning the delivery of fit-for-purpose forecasting tools, time writing, and service charging processes to ensure the effective running of the business of IT.
- Being accountable for effectively partnering with key organizations such as Charities, Universities, and partner organizations
- Experience with aligning technology initiatives with the overall goals and objectives of an organization, identifying opportunities for technology-driven innovation, and developing plans to drive business growth and efficiency through technology.
- Knowledge of technology financial and commercial management principles and practices is essential for managing budgets, forecasts and optimising costs. This includes financial statements, OPEX/CAPEX, budgeting processes, cost allocation methodologies and financial analysis techniques
- Experience developing and implementing other whole of technology planning and related initiatives not catered for in individual technology teams for example coordinating annual and periodic strategy and planning cycles, events and conferences, professional subscriptions, and internal and external IT benchmarking and reviews
