    What will you create?


    You'll help Australian businesses create long-term value through the management of health, safety and wellbeing risks including psychological (mental health), while also helping them make a positive contribution to society and the communities in which they operate.

    Trust and Risk brings this to life by helping clients to protect and strengthen every aspect of their business; from people to performance, systems to strategy and business plans to business resilience.

    As a Senior Manager in our Governance, risk and compliance your impact will be seen by:

    Support our clients at the most senior levels to design and implement effective governance, risk and compliance frameworks

    Leading clients in assessing material HSW issues and risks and supporting HSW due diligence; risk governance, strategy and assurance activities;

    Working closely with clients and engagement teams to improve and report HSW performance in accordance with a wide range of frameworks


    Leading our client's internal audit programs with specific HSW requirements and focus areas for example, third party risk management or psychosocial risk management.

    Advise our clients on the design and implementation of leading practice ESG practices

    Identifying priority areas of risk and process improvement by understanding our client's strategy, objectives, risks, control frameworks, systems and regulatory environments;

    Developing risk management strategies for our clients to drive compliance and strengthen their existing processes and controls;

    Identifying potential business opportunities on existing engagements and escalating as appropriate.

    About you


    You are either:
    an experienced auditor or management consultant with an interest and willingness to further develop your GRC/HSW/ESG knowledge and experience; or

    an experienced GRC/HSW/ESG risk specialist with an interest and willingness to develop your auditing or consulting skills.


    You're a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders.

    You have strong analytical skills and continually seek opportunities to improve processes and obtain insights from data.
