My name is Bhawna Chaudhry, I have been working in the QA testing for about 4 years and experienced in Manual and Automation testing of web applications. I became interested in Software Engineering while studying Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science. Since then, I have gained experience as a member of project teams at three companies in various industries. I was mostly responsible for Managing any software issues that may arise and drive resolutions throughout the testing process. During my previous role as a Manual and automation QA Tester, I had the opportunity to work extensively with Zephyr for managing test cases. My experience includes creating and organizing test suites, writing detailed test cases, and mapping them to specific requirements within the tool.This allowed our team to maintain a clear structure and traceability throughout the testing process.I also have knowledge of MySQL for validating database queries. Also, I have how to Design and develop the test automation framework and efficient in writing test scripts in selenium web driver. I Actively participate in the Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle and have deeper understanding of waterfall and agile methodology.I have worked in different software environments and can easily fit into new environments. 
Additionally, I am a logical, organized individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• 5 years of experience as in Designing, and Implementation of QA testing strategies for Web-based and Client/Server applications using Manual, and Automation testing.
• Excellent experience in all phases and stages of with Agile (Scrum) & Waterfall, Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with good working knowledge of testing Frontend (WEB), Backend, Database, API.

• Created and implemented Agile-Enabling tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, and Slack, to streamline development process and improve team communication.
