    As a Senior Consultant in our Risk & Regulatory team your impact will be seen by:

    Assist and play a lead role in developing and delivering on our strategic priorities, which includes writing proposals to win new pieces of work, through to playing a key role to deliver engagements

    Work through complex processes and/or regulatory obligations to identify risks and controls, to be able to formulate a view of how effective risks have been mitigated

    Draft high quality proposal and reports, working efficiently within a budgeted amount of time


    Helping our financial services clients navigate an evolving risk and regulatory landscape by developing and executing test plans, identifying control effectiveness and improvements and reporting these to clients in an impactful way.

    About you

    You have a background in Financial Services risk and regulation and are skilled in either the front office or a customer facing environment

    You're curious and interested in new market opportunities and how to tailor these to assist our clients

    You put quality at the center of everything you deliver

    You're open to stretching yourself into a diverse set of opportunities and adapt quickly to changing demands in the market

    You're comfortable working with technology such as Alytrx and Power BI, with a keen interest in new technology such as Machine Learning and AI


    You have a strong understanding of the financial services regulatory environment and have a proven ability to advise organisations on strengthening their compliance with regulatory obligations and controls environment to mitigate key risks faced.

    Through the execution of your work, you deliver compelling insights into your client's control environment and provide practical tactical and strategic solutions.

    You will have good communication, presentation, project management and time-management skills. You will have the ability to handle project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

    You have both enthusiasm and drive to play a key role in our team, helping shape and develop its future.
