Experience

In my professional experience, I have served as a Service Desk Engineer for a period of 3 years, 3 months. Subsequently, I transitioned to a combined role as a Service Desk and Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer, where I gained specialized experience for 5 months. Finally, I worked as an IT Service Desk professional for 7 months, with all of these roles based in Malaysia.

This diverse experience allowed me to develop a strong foundation in IT support and troubleshooting, including front-line customer service in a Service Desk role and more specialized network and operations knowledge in a NOC capacity. My time in the IT Service Desk position further enhanced my skills in managing and resolving IT issues while providing excellent service to end-users.

Education

I completed my Diploma in Information Technology in 2019, providing me with a foundational understanding of IT principles and practices. Currently, I am pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Telecommunication Network Engineering, which is enhancing my expertise in the field of telecommunications and network management. This educational background equips me with a solid combination of IT and network engineering knowledge, making me well-prepared for roles that require a blend of these skills.
