As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will put our values up in lights by delivering these activities and outcomes;
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against key goals and internal metrics.
Identify trends and insights and optimise spend and performance based on these insights.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests utilising digital marketing best practices.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Assist in the management of external agency partners and vendors including briefing, implementation, and optimisation of campaigns.
Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

An understanding of the telco industry
2+ years' experience in digital marketing including Paid and Organic channel digital marketing experience.
Experience in setting up digital campaigns, identifying target audiences and providing accurate, timely reporting.
Experience managing budgets and working towards tight timelines.
Exceptional analytical skills using data to influence creative development and media targeting strategies.
Comfortable using data-driven approaches to develop targeting, measure and interpret results and optimize plans.
Demonstrate ability to lead change and drive innovation in the digital media space.
Comfortable learning about and implementing new technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to:
