In this immensely gratifying role, you'll support a diverse portfolio of clients spanning various industries using cutting-edge IT infrastructure technologies

Your Path to Success

The company's growth has paved the way for a new Level 3 Infrastructure Support Engineer position. This pivotal role will place you at the heart of the switched-on support team, collaborating closely with two dynamic Directors who are dedicated to nurturing future leaders as the enterprise continues to flourish.

What You'll Bring to the Table

We're seeking candidates who are Australian Permanent residents or Australian Citizens for this permanent role.

Key Responsibilities Include:

•Forging and cultivating strong customer relationships.

•Spearheading client projects, from system implementations to migrations and equipment upgrades.

•Offering expert guidance to the service desk team, including handling issue escalations.

•Resolving complex issues by pinpointing root causes and implementing effective solutions.

•Nurturing partnerships with third-party vendors and solution providers.

Your Background

The ideal applicant will be a true 'techie' with proven Aussie MSP experience who thrives when facing complex issues and has a passion for the latest and greatest technologies.

Other attributes include:

•Relevant IT qualification or comparable certification (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, etc)

•5+ years of experience in a highly technical MSP environment.

•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills via telephone and face-to-face interaction

•Proven hands-on technical skills with Windows Server and Windows Desktop systems including Active Directory, group policy, DNS, and replication.

•Solid experience with O365, Azure, Veeam, VMware and/or Hyper-V technologies.

•Strong understanding of configuring and supporting firewalls, network switches and wireless access points.
