    A trusted and respected IT managed service provider based at The Hills District (North West Sydney) is currently looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer with Level 2 technical expertise in implementing and maintaining cloud and on-premise IT infrastructure systems, and provide cyber security services for customers.

    The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in systems administration and infrastructure maintenance, with a keen interest in transitioning into the cyber security domain.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • IT Infrastructure implementation, maintenance, support and troubleshooting (remote and on-site), including servers, network infrastructure and cloud platforms.
    • Assist in the implementation of projects, with a focus on cyber security measures.
    • Uphold cyber security principles and compliance standards across all operations and activities.
    • Configure and deploy Microsoft 365 services, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
    • Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancement on the systems infrastructure for customers.
    • Project work including building and implementing IT infrastructure, both on-site at customer premises and remotely.
    • Liaise with the customers on a regular basis, including issue resolutions and take input regarding business requirements.

    Key Requirements:

    • Min. 2+ years of experience in the IT professional services industry working as IT Support Engineer / Systems Administrator / Infrastructure Engineer / Cyber Security Engineer.
    • Experience in managing and maintaining Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
    • Experience with Microsoft 365 products and solutions, including configuration and deployment.
    • Experience with administering Microsoft 365 security services
    • Demonstrable expertise in cyber security practices, including endpoint security and cloud security solutions.
    • Scripting skills such as PowerShell or Python.
    • Demonstrated experience in Penetration Testing, would be advantageous.
    • Strong desire for continuous learning and skill development, both technically and professionally.
    • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • A valid driver license.

    Salary Package: $70,000-$80,000 Base Salary + Superannuation
