- Knowledgeable in Data Extraction & Network Infrastructure.
- A strong problem-solver with a knack for complex technical situations.
- A clear communicator who excels at customer support.
- OAuth & OIDC knowledge
- SaaS/PaaS support experience
- ITIL framework understanding
- Rel DB experience (MySQL, Oracle)
- Worked w/ Linux/Unix or MS Server
