- Monday-Friday
- Full-time hours (38 hours/week)
- Casual position, with potential for permanent opportunity
- Attractive hourly rate (weekly pay)
- Office based in North-East Melbourne
- ASAP start is required
- Managing the General Manager's calendar and travel arrangements
- Monitor relevant budgets for the General Manager e.g. travel expenses
- Coordinating meetings, taking minutes and any follow-ups needed
- A key contact for the Executive team
- Coordinate any administrative needs such as leave requests and expenses
- Previous experience as an EA for a large team
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office and SAP
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Ability to adjust to rapidly changing situations
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Experience in Pathology would be an advantage

The Company
Our client is one of the largest pathology providers in Victoria with over 30 laboratories and 400 collection centres across the state. They are part of a national organisation that provides healthcare and diagnostic services to patients across Australia.
The Role
In your role as Executive Assistant, you will be supporting the General Manager and Executive Management team. You will be responsible for the organisation of administrative tasks ensuring that the key stakeholder's needs are met.
