Executive Assistant & Legal Secretary.

Reporting to the Finance Director, this is a dynamic and fast paced role that provides administration support to several areas of the business.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Travel & expense management, arranging meetings, conferences & catering, ordering stationary & legal resources.
  • Onboarding support for new employees including arranging new equipment and IT access.
  • Purchase order requisitions, invoicing and vendor set up.
  • Filing & management of legal documents, assistance with legal cover letters & formatting of documents, coordination of contract signatures, maintaining a legal register.

Your qualifications and experience:


  • Previous work experience in a Management, Executive Assistant or similar role is essential
  • Legal knowledge or background will be highly regarded
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • SAP experience is advantageous

Your attributes and skills:


  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Good time management and ability to multitask with competing priorities
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with lots of collaboration
  • Strong command of English language, both written and verbal
You must be able to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in Australia.
