An exciting opportunity exists to join the Victorian Skills Authority (VSA) within the Executive and Corporate Services as an Executive Assistant.

The position works closely with the Executive Coordinator, Office of the CEO and a small team of other EAs to provide high-level executive support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive Director of the VSA.

This position requires the successful applicant to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and establish productive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities of the role include:


  • Managing and organising virtual and inperson events, conferences, visits and meetings.
