As the Executive Assistant, you will provide efficient and effective administrative and office support to our newly appointed Chief Strategy, Data, and Innovation Officer.
You will play a pivotal role, supporting the new executive in aligning our strategy with our purpose; to make a difference by helping people embrace Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
To do this successfully you will:
- Provide comprehensive diary management including scheduling appointments, meetings, travel, and logistics
- Prepare draft correspondence, printing and compiling presentation packs for meetings
- Organise events and conferences, including venue co-ordination, logistics and catering
- Facilitate general invoicing and expense management
- Contract management, including arranging review and execution of contracts
You will be a highly dedicated, organised, and reliable Executive Assistant with experience supporting senior executives in a large and complex organisation.
In addition, your attention to detail is second to none, you can manage priorities with ease, and are dedicated to consistently delivering a high standard of work.
