Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our R&I function based in Melbourne.

As the Executive Assistant, we're not just looking for someone to tick boxes, but a true trailblazer who can take ownership of the role and add value in their own unique way.

As the Executive Assistant:

  • Channel your organizational superpowers as you handle travel arrangements, expenses, and resources for the President and the team.
  • Stay ahead of the game by anticipating and coordinating workflow, meetings, and documentation to keep everyone on track.
  • You'll be the gatekeeper of important information, filtering and relaying anything crucial to the President.
  • Organize like a champ with effective filing systems and financial management skills.
  • Embrace our customerfocused values, ensuring we always put our clients first.
  • Get ready for a little flexibility, as you may need to be available outside normal business hours occasionally.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous work experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Computer literacy with emphasis on accuracy and speed
  • Ability to maintain and develop effective office systems
  • Ability to prioritise with effective time management
  • High level of organisational skills
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work without close supervision
