    The Role:


    Reporting to the CEO and being part of the ELT, in this newly created, influential role you will build an effective team of leaders, measure performance, support diversity & inclusion, apply corporate governance principles, and drive innovation and quality improvement.


    You will provide leadership and oversight across:
    People & Culture
    Administration
    Marketing, Communications & Engagement
    Facilities & Maintenance
    Quality, Risk & Safeguards

    The Person:
    To be successful in this role, it is essential you have:
    direct experience in providing strategic leadership, influencing planning and directing the above service support functions
    the ability to inspire, ensure accountability and set agreed performance objectives with back office teams and utilise strong analytical skills to monitor service support functions
    strong financial skills and demonstrated experience in managing budgets across multiple service lines
    knowledge and understanding of the NDIS is desirable

    The Offer:
    A salary of circa $170 K plus superannuation, commensurate with experience, is offered.
    In addition, attractive PBI/NFP packaging and flexible working arrangements are available.
