This 363 room and suites hotel has an extensive Food & Beverage operations that lead the way with a service based on the Heart and Art of Human Connections.

As an experienced Luxury Hotel General Manager you will be an ambassador of Sofitel values and Brand standards.

You will engage and inspire your ambassadors to create unforgettable experiences for our guests, and lead the market in service, product and innovation.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Deliver Sofitel brand standards and procedures, ensure outstanding luxury experiences for all guests.
Represent Accor in all issues relating to the hotel and maintain excellent owner relationships.
Provide operational and strategic direction to the hotel management team and be an inspiration to all ambassadors to achieve luxury levels of performance.
Ensuring successful relationships with all stakeholders, including owning company, local authorities and communities

YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

Minimum five year's experience in Luxury Hotel Management
Strong educational background
Good understanding of the local market
Express entrepreneurial spirit and confidence
Be able to clearly articulate direction and coach leaders
Drive positive owner relations
