    Our Client

    Our client is a highly regarded and trusted organisation within the healthcare sector who have been successful in being recognised for their hard work and innovation over the years. Our client leads the way in healthcare with their clinical expertise and excellence in research. An exceptional opportunity has become available for a Revenue & Accounts Receivable Team Leader to join their down to earth and supportive team.

    The Role

    Reporting to the Manager Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for:

    • Manage and co-ordinate the day-to-day running of the Revenue Operations team
    • Monitoring aging reports and following up on overdue accounts
    • Accountability that billing activities are carried out with a high level of accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of patient and sundry debtor invoices
    • Liaise with internal and external auditors
    • Oversee the preparation and submission of month-end
    • Liaising with internal stakeholders
    • Other ad hoc duties as per your Manager's request


    The Successful Applicant Will Have

    • Experience working within a similar senior Billing/AR position
    • Proven eagerness to lead a team or prior experience in leading a team
    • Demonstrated ability to adhere to reporting deadlines
    • Healthcare experience would be highly advantageous
    • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
