Electronics Team Lead

Day shift 6am till 2pm Monday to Friday
6month contract with view to perm

- $33.76 per hour

The Company:

Our client has been operating in the product development and electronic engineering industry for over 25 years. They are a leading provider of specialist electronic product designs, manufacturing and repair services.

You will be involved in, but not limited to:

Leading, delegating, controlling and coordinating the activities of the department they are assigned to
Ensuring quality control, specifications and compliance are maintained
Effectively handle material process control inside production area from input to output
Identify training gaps within the team and implement crosstraining strategies in order to maintain and upskill staff
Ensure the team follow strict OH&S policies and procedures

To be successful, you will need to:

Proven Team Leader experience in a Manufacturing environment
Electronics experience _advantageous but not essential_
Proficient in written and verbal communication
Strong computer skills
Possess good decision making & strong leadership skills and problem solving techniques

Hours and Payrate:

6.00am - 2.00pm, Monday to Friday, $33.76 per hour, plus super
