Your Contribution:


  • Monitors & receipts inbound deliveries and stores orders in line with GMP standards and production requirements
  • Initiates & plans timely movement of goods within warehouses and to production lines
  • Oversee storeroom and warehouse processes and manage resource performance
  • Participates in the planning & execution of stock movements, warehousing and consumption of materials
  • Prepares statistics and key performance indicators
  • Manages store team and delegates tasks to the team as required
  • Plans all inbound deliveries via updated delivery dates and ensures timely receipt and put away
  • Drives continuous improvement while supporting day to day production needs

Your Profile:


  • Certificate in warehouse/storage/inventory management or Supply Chain Management
  • 35years working in stores, warehousing, stock management and inventory, ideally in medical devices/pharmaceutical industry
  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • Forklift license
  • Knowledge of GMP and ERP systems (ideally Netsuite)
  • Experience in inventory management
  • Very good skills in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
